Surface preparation, staining and high performance sealing of existing exposed Glulam beams. All of the supporting steel was refinished in high performance polyurethane black. The finishing touch was the custom faux patina caps on the glue lams. These caps were result of a PPC Value Engineering proposal as they greatly prolonged the usability of the exposed glulams.
