Pennington Paint Company Helps Give Mesa Schools a Makeover

It truly has been a great year for Pennington Paint Company. Beginning in May 2017, Pennington has been working together with the Mesa Public School district to help provide classrooms with a makeover for the 2017-2018 school year. Our fantastic Project Manager Lonnie Ogden and Superintendent Leo Hernandez have worked hard to get the job done.

The award-winning Mesa Public School District is made up of 64,000 students and provides a quality education with a comprehensive curriculum. Not only does the Mesa School District boast specialized programs to accommodate children of all learning types, they have a high standard for each child’s academic performance. Getting to work together with such an amazing institution has been a great experience for us.

This project included both interior and exterior painting at 10 Mesa schools for over 50 classrooms. The schools that were included in this project are: Holmes Elementary, Lowell Elementary, Mesa High School, Johnson Elementary, Porter Elementary, Hawthorne Elementary, Field Elementary, Edison Elementary, Whitman Elementary, and Lindbergh Elementary. Not only were the classrooms repainted, they were also given a new color scheme to help refresh the existing structures.

We are delighted to be a part of this wonderful opportunity to directly help the community. We believe that by renovating our schools, we provide children in the local area with a better place to learn and grow. These efforts also positively impact the public as a whole and can help transform an area. A fresh coat of paint is a simple yet effective way to revitalize any building. Having the honor to administer a new paint job to over 50 classrooms has really helped to rejuvenate the appearance of the Mesa School District. We look forward to more projects like this in the future and are happy to be playing a role in improving the community we live and work in.
